Account Activation Guide
1.	Name: Enter your name exactly as it is on file at the club. For example, if your membership is on file as "William" do not enter "Bill."
2.	Phone Number: Enter the phone number that is on file at the club. Usually, this is your home phone number, but consider that it could be your cellular or work number.
3.	Area Code: Be sure to enter your area code.

Note: If you are unsuccessful in activating your account, your account might already be active. Go to the login in screen and try logging into your account using your email address and password.
